My knowledge, education, and background in health and fitness are quite vast. Over the years I have studied under some of the industry’s best educators in acupuncture, massage therapy, biomechanics, exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, yoga, personal training, reiki, and sport specific training. I am consistently working to stay at the cutting edge of the wellness industry. I work with humans of ALL shapes, sizes, abilities, and disabilities. My extensive background allows me to work with everyone and anyone on a body/mind/spirit level. I teach each person how to live and function more efficiently in life, whether an athlete working to take his/her game to the next level or an “average Joe/Jill” working to become more present to life and its offerings.
